This experience pushed me to think out of the box to maintain class decorum and remain on target yet not let them down. In my private tutoring, I had to learn to tailor my teaching to the student's requirements. I have had to help with revision before tests. Take a summary of school classes to assess the student's understanding and then either switch to homework assignments or explain the lesson further. I have experience in motivating students to self-study and helping them with projects.
