Yes, it is always advisable to pursue CA with graduation. You have your options ready in future if at some point you need to switch to some other course.
Regarding classes I would suggest that it totally depends on you. If you can sit and study for 3-4 hour class sincerely then opt for online classes and if not go for face to face classes. In online classes, you have the benefit of choosing the best faculty available for that subject as their will be no constraint of distance or time.
