Ajay

I bring real-world engineering experience into my teaching, which helps school students see how their lessons connect to everyday life. I hold a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering with a CGPA of 8.19, and I have worked as a Junior Engineer in Indian Railways (Government of India), a post I earned by clearing the railway recruitment exam. I have also worked as a Hardware Design and Development Engineer on defence and aerospace projects for DRDO and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), through the private venture Samtel Avionics Ltd. These roles taught me discipline, accuracy and clear communication, and gave me a strong practical understanding of Mathematics, Science and logical problem-solving. As a tutor for Classes 6 to 10, I teach Mathematics, Science, Logical Reasoning and Social Studies for CBSE, ICSE and all State Boards, in both English and Hindi. I break difficult topics into simple, step-by-step explanations and use real examples from trains, aircraft, electronics and daily life, so that students understand concepts instead of memorising them. I am patient and listen carefully, find out exactly where a child is struggling, and adjust my teaching to their pace and learning style. Regular practice, doubt-clearing sessions and short weekly tests are a key part of my classes, because they build confidence and improve marks steadily. I also keep parents informed about their child’s progress through regular feedback, and I make online classes interactive using digital whiteboards, worksheets and quizzes. Since I have cleared a competitive government exam myself, I guide students on good study habits, time management and smart preparation for school and board exams. My goal is to help every student build strong basics, enjoy learning and grow into a confident, independent learner who is ready for higher classes and future competitive exams.
