I am a dedicated Yoga Instructor with over 4 years of experience in guiding individuals towards better physical health and mental well-being. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and Wellness Instruction from Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP), and a Master's degree in Yoga from Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU).

Over the years, I have had the privilege of training more than 5,000 individuals, helping them cultivate strength, flexibility, inner peace, and resilience. My expertise lies in both physical yoga (asanas and kriyas) and mental wellness practices, including pranayama, meditation, and stress management techniques.
