Hi, I am interested in learning singing. I have given performance at school level. After that I am not in touch with music. Also, I have difficulty in singing high notes. Kindly suggest which type of music should I carry on for practicing?

Can we sing by listening only taal of tabla or any instrument if yes then how?

By listening only taal, you can learn laya, i.e. tempo of taal. For singing, you have to learn from guru because singing is a subject of swar. For singing you have to concentrate on individual swar and tune of a bandish or a song.

I am an engineering graduate and out of passion, I have chosen Music as my career and going to finish my Masters in carnatic music and I am also learning Hindustani vocal. After that is it possible for me to get a music teaching job/music related abroad? If yes, what are all the procedure to pursue?
