I have been teaching aerobics, step, body conditioning, bootcamps, Pilates and Power yoga for 7 years. I have to say that i have never enjoyed taking classes more. Zumba Fitness is the perfect combination of dance, fitness and carefree feelings it combines my love of dance and fitness in the perfect way and I love it when it brings a smile to everyone's face. My most important contribution towards my clients is the fact that i am an experienced Personal Trainer and know how the Zumba moves i teach in class will effect a person so that they have a safe yet enjoyable workout. The best thing about Zumba is the fact that it gets people up on their feet, moving and exercising, leading the way to a healthier life style.
