I hold a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree with a specialization in Management and Marketing from Nalbari Commerce College, affiliated with Gauhati University. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in business operations, marketing strategies, and organizational behavior.

During my postgraduate studies, I authored and published a research paper titled “Evolution of Labour Conditions and Worker Rights in the Tea Industry with Special Reference to Corramore Tea Estate” in the Samvakti Journal of Research in Business Management. This research experience sharpened my analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills, while deepening my understanding of industry practices and workforce dynamics.

Alongside my academic achievements, I have strengthened my technical proficiency through a certified course in Computer Applications, Business Accounting, and Multilingual DTP from the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology. I am skilled in Microsoft Office applications and possess a keen eye for detail, adaptability, and a quick learning approach.
