Hello, I am Lavanya B S, and I am passionate about teaching Yoga. I have been teaching Yoga for the past 4 months, and it has been an enriching experience so far. I hold a B.Sc. in Agriculture and a Yoga Instructor Course certification from S-VYASA University, a well-known institution in the field of Yoga education. Although I am relatively new to teaching, I am committed to providing quality yoga instruction that promotes both physical and mental well-being.

During my studies and certification process, I gained a deep understanding of Yoga’s principles, techniques, and philosophies. I am particularly interested in helping my students improve their flexibility, strength, and mental clarity through the practice of Yoga. The knowledge I gained during my time at S-VYASA has shaped my approach to teaching, making it holistic and student-focused.

Although I am still in the early stages of my teaching career, I am eager to create a positive impact in my students' lives. I currently teach Yoga online, catering to both group and individual sessions. My classes are designed to help students achieve physical fitness, stress relief, and mental balance through various asanas, pranayamas, and meditation techniques.

I prefer teaching online, which allows me to reach a wider audience and offer flexible schedules to my students. Whether they are beginners or have some experience in Yoga, I adapt my classes to suit their individual needs. My approach emphasizes mindfulness, body awareness, and the gradual development of strength and flexibility over time.

In my Yoga sessions, I focus on making the practice accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. I ensure that my students are guided through each pose carefully, with an emphasis on correct form and alignment to avoid injury. I encourage them to listen to their bodies and practice at their own pace.

I have not yet developed my own set of teaching materials or structured guides, but I am continuously working on creating resources that will help my students in their journey. I look forward to expanding my offerings and providing students with additional resources, such as practice routines and meditation guides.

Despite being a relatively new instructor, I am committed to learning and growing as a teacher. I am excited to help students achieve their fitness goals, find inner peace, and live healthier lives through the practice of Yoga. I hope to continue honing my skills and making a positive difference in the lives of those I teach.
