• Trained and aided induction of aspirants who chose to opt for Armed Forces as a career.

• Delivered numerous lectures on varied issues in Army and Civil fora.

• Administered and trained a body of approx 1000 NCC (girls & boys) cadets in a civilian administrative environment in Kerala and Meghalaya.

• Was Commando Instructor in Training Centre, NSG(Black Cats) for Indian and foreign Commando trainees, and was also in charge of Psychological Evaluation of probationers to NSG.

• Headed various Army administrative, training, operational and security appointments / departments (from Brigade to Army Command level) during service.

• Adept in imparting Security training with Instructional experience in Army Establishments

• Was responsible for administration and training of approx 1000 NCC cadets each in Shillong and Trivandrum.

• Management of administrative, education, training and career management of troops in a Army formation in Kargil prior to superannuation.
