The students are very young at this age...they need constant encouragement to complete their work, their lessons.. So I teach them in such a way that they find the subjects more interesting, apart from studying I am also concerned about their personal development. So when I teach themthey feel like they are taught by their friend and find things interesting and start learning through that process. The students I have already taught have given me positive feedbacks for the way I teach them and their result shows my hardwork as well as theirs
