"Ma'am is an excellent yoga teacher, very observant, with a solid understanding of the physical alignment of the body; her instructions are clear and precise, with full dedication to teaching yoga to open our hearts to spirit. She constantly checks our positioning and poses and also tells us how far to go in a pose if we have injuries or weakness, which is really helpful. Her teaching style and calmness are really appreciable. Every day she comes up with new warm-up exercises and new poses as you progress, as well as exploring new ones. Classes are energizing and rejuvenating. I also liked the meditation at the end. Thanks for creating a fabulous environment with prayers in the background. "
