At that time when I completed my graduation, I joined an ICSE stream English medium school in Hyderabad as a Hindi teacher of standard 6 to 10th class, but my interest is all subjects of standards from 5 to 7. After some months, the principal gave me the subjects of 5 to 7 with an increase to my salary. That 2 years of my school experience were very good & my experience was that many more new formulae that we know in our state I taught him to improve the low standard student.

I have the ability to motivate. When I worked as a manager in a housekeeping company, there were 50 laborers and 2 supervisors. An additional supervisor was needed to handle the workload in a timely manner. Due to a budget issue, the owner could not afford it. I provided accurate calculations and showed that the same budget could be achieved by appointing a new supervisor. Therefore, my motivation began with the meeting.
