I have been teaching for the past 9 years, and over time I’ve grown not just as a teacher but also as an Instructional Leader. I come from a strong teaching background, and working with students—especially in Grades 8 to 10—has become something I genuinely enjoy.

Throughout these years, I’ve focused on making science easy, meaningful, and hands-on for my learners. I’ve led Science Weeks, exhibitions, research projects, and City-as-Lab work with my students, and I love seeing them think independently, explore ideas, and present their work confidently.

As an IL, I regularly observe classes, support teachers, plan lessons, and help improve teaching practices across grades. My aim has always been to keep learning engaging, clear, and connected to real life. I believe in creating a positive, comfortable environment where students feel motivated and supported.
