Jaya has been associated with diversified activities which involved teaching, running an activity centre. She has acted as a Pre Primary Coordinator for an upcoming International School and was also working as a School Counsellor and Special educator with Global Indian International School. Currently working as a Principal for Dolphins International School
I believe in lifelong learning and the constant need to upgrade ones skills to meet the needs of the ever changing and challenging society. As an educator, each successful year I feel a strong sense of achievement and satisfaction. This gives me immense pleasure and motivation to set goals and strive hard to achieve them.

My skills in differentiated instruction, assistive technology, and multi-sensory lesson planning allow me to meet the needs of every student. My years of experience have taught me the value of patience and encouragement in the special education classroom. I work closely with each student, providing the individualized support and praise they require. I also make sure to stay connected with family members and any specialists involved, to encourage the success of each student, both in and outside of the classroom.
My role as a special educator and a counsellor involves designing the Sensory Integration Therapy programme and education programme for children with special needs.
