The best IDE I have used so far is IntelliJ IDE. It has both community and free edition. Community is licence based and it has variety of features available and where as the free edition has limited one

Compiler error on line 18. You can't call method in assert with void return type.

According to me....u should start from basic Java..that is core Java... . Find coaching , who teaches Java for beginners.....then later u can go for advance java.
