Anyone knows how to convert jsf primeface into bootstrap?

You already can use some bootstrap CSS classes and helpers but if you want give style to each UI control, you will need to set the primefaces theme to none. Then you will need to give some style to each component you want. Just using the corresponding classes in each one of the components.

Just remove all jsf tags and move onto using simple plain html tags and bootstrap css classes...
