Well ! i am not agree with this fact as google itself developing a alternative of javascript as javascript can bypass all the securities of a website and most of the hack tools are running on javascript only so alternative of javascript is highly in demand so i hopr you got the answer

Mostly true for UI design. But backend processing or some special needs such as encryption - you would still need, Java, C++ and other languages.

We can consider the fact that right now javascript is the most powerful language in it world, but it's not necessary that in future most of the code will be written in JavaScrip because it the world is uncertain anything more potent than javascript can come in future in IT world.
