Yes, it’s enough for small company that only require you to build simple dynamic / static pages or to maintain the site. But these companies usually wants you to know php as well. most of the tech company (the good ones) , requires a lot more than just html, css, JavaScript, they’d require you to know GIT to keep version control of the app, that’s a MUST know, after that you must have experience with a some popular framework. Unfortunately no one code these days without using a popular framework like angular, react , etc that way you know how to create components, typescript, es6. For html and css, it will be helpful to know bootstraps so you know how to build responsive sites without having to create a folder for mobile like in the old days. read less

In short, you can definitely find work using just HTML and CSS. And if those foundational skills aren't enough to get you your dream job, you can still use them to start making money while you're building other skills.
