I have a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Arka Jain University and a strong foundation in programming, data analysis, and web development. Over the course of my academic and professional journey, I’ve developed skills in Python, SQL, Power BI, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Professionally, I’ve worked as a Customer Success Intern at Karexpert, where I assisted in streamlining customer support and improving user engagement through data-backed insights. I also served as a Robotics Intern at Moonpreneur, where I created engaging, kid-friendly content and projects using platforms like Tinkercad and MicroPython to simplify complex STEM topics for young learners. In addition to my technical experience, I’ve also had the opportunity to teach CBSE students, especially those in Classes 3 to 10. I designed and delivered interactive lessons in computer science and robotics, adapting content to suit their learning levels. Teaching helped me strengthen my communication skills, patience, and ability to explain technical concepts in simple, relatable terms.
