IdentityI hold an M.Phil. degree and have recently completed my Ph.D. at Kolhan University, Chaibasa. My research focuses on "Studies of Transition Metal Doped CdS Nano Crystalline Thin Films," contributing to advancements in nanomaterials and their applications.
As a faculty member at different colleges under Kolhan University, I have had the privilege of mentoring and guiding students across various subjects. My teaching philosophy is centered on fostering critical thinking, encouraging innovative problem-solving, and bridging theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
