Hailing from an accountancy and finance background, I am is a FCMA (Fellow Cost and Management Accountant) with PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. A 20+ years of experience as a Financial Controller , a short stint in Information Technology function and then parted ways with the corporate life as the Indirect Purchase Leader of the same organisation. I have been the Leader of Women Empowerment (WE) Diversity Group and also the Chairperson of CII Indian Women Network (Jharkhand). I am a structured and well planned individual who has grown over the years to be a seasoned professional. Currently have moved into academics to pursue my long -lost passion of being with students and also learning in the process.
