IdentityI am a Yoga and Calisthenics teacher. I have completed my BA and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Yoga. I also hold a Diploma in Yoga which helped me gain deeper understanding about alignment, anatomy, breathing science and traditional yogic knowledge. I combine pure yoga fundamentals with modern calisthenics training methods.
My Experience
I have been practicing and teaching Yoga + Calisthenics for the last 4 years. In this journey I have worked on building natural strength, flexibility, mobility and control by using bodyweight training in a clean, injury–free and progressive way. My focus is to teach correct technique, mind body connection and real skill based training.
