"Loved how the instructor teached ,it's been one year and I still remember almost all the asanas and pranayam , having Pcos was looking out for proper particular Pcos related training and the instructor not only helped in teaching yoga but also personally instructed and helped me in giving instructions for the diet intake of what would be appropriate regarding Pcos issues plus the environment was very peaceful felt happy everyday after doing the classes.
