Dr. Amritpal Singh

Currently, I am working as Physics lecturer in a very reputed college in Jalandhar from the last 9 years. My have done my BSc (hons) Physics and MSc hons Physics fro GNDU , Amritsar. After that I did MS in Plasma Physics from Queen's University Belfast United Kingdom on Scholarship provided by Govt of Northern Ireland. I completed my PhD in Laser Plasma Physics from University of Pisa, Italy .

Professional Teaching Experience:-
1. Worked as Assistant Professor in Lovely Professional University (LPU) from 15/01/2013 to 31/05/2013. My main job in LPU was to teach B.Tech Computer science and B.Tech Electronics (1st year) students about Modern Physics and Electronics.

2. Currently working as Assistant professor in Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar from 06/07/2013 till date. Here I am teaching to B.Sc (non-Medical) and B.Sc (Computer Sci) and M.Sc (physics) students.

B.Sc classes:- I teach theory papers of Nuclear Physics, Particle Physics and Condense Matter Physics to B.Sc 3rd year students and practical paper of Optics and Modern Physics to B.Sc 2nd year students.
M.Sc Classes:- I teach theory papers of Advance Nuclear physics, plasma Physics and Statistical Mechanics to M.Sc Physics 1st yr and 2nd yr students and practicals of Nuclear Physics to M.Sc Physics students.

Apart from this , I am providing private tutions to School students of 8th to 12 class who are science aspirants. I am giving Science and maths home tutions to School students from last 3 years. I preper to provide tutions to those students who are preparing for some competative exams such as NTSE, Olympiads, KVPY, JEE, NEET etc
