I’m Sunny Sharma, the founder of Soft Skills Unlimited based in Jaipur. With a B.Tech background and over a decade of professional experience in the corporate world, I have a deep passion for empowering students and professionals with essential life and career skills that help them succeed in real-world environments.

Before moving into soft skills training, I gained extensive experience across domains like merchandising, sourcing, operations, and quality management in the home and lifestyle sector. This hands-on corporate exposure allows me to bring practical insights into my training, ensuring that the skills I teach are directly relevant to today’s job market.

At Soft Skills Unlimited, my mission is to make learning interactive, practical, and impactful. I focus on helping college students preparing for placements, job seekers improving confidence and communication, and corporate professionals enhancing leadership and interpersonal effectiveness. Every training session is designed to be relatable and engaging, blending theory with real-life examples.

I specialize in training modules such as Communication Skills (vocal and verbal), Emotional Intelligence, Body Language, Interview Preparation, Group Discussions, Conflict Management, Negotiation, Leadership, Team Management, Time & Stress Management, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Etiquette, First Impressions, and Customer Care. My goal is to make sure learners not only understand these concepts but also apply them effectively.

My training style is dynamic and delivered in Hinglish, making it easy for learners to connect, understand, and retain concepts. I strongly believe that learning soft skills should be enjoyable, interactive, and directly applicable to personal and professional growth.

I also work closely with institutions to design customized programs for students, helping them prepare for campus placements, interviews, and career challenges. Seeing students gain confidence and achieve success is the most rewarding part of my work.
