I have been teaching yoga for a decade now, and I’ve been a part of many learning experiences and even more teaching experiences, I have a passion for this and hence I’ve completed two degrees in the same field, I only recently completed the PGDYT for which the certificate of completion I will receive in April 2025.
I specialise in physical fitness and the betterment of mental health through yogic practices and better eating. I have had numerous students in whose life I’ve made changes in terms of both physical and mental health such as dealing with anxiety or perhaps having minimal moving ability. I’ve tackled many clients with various problems and my experience in the field sets up an amazing improvement curve for the student.
