I am an experienced Yoga and Physical Therapy Instructor with over 18 years of international teaching experience since 2006. I have taught yoga and therapeutic practices in China for many years, helping people improve their health naturally.

I hold a Degree in Physical Education and a Doctorate in Yoga and Naturopathy. My approach combines traditional yoga with therapeutic techniques and functional movement training to address various health conditions and improve overall body function.

My key expertise includes Yoga Therapy for Back Pain, Pelvic Disorders, Shoulder Pain, Stress Management, Insomnia, Digestive Disorders, Weight Loss, and Dystonia management.

I also specialize in Functional Movement Training to help individuals restore mobility, balance, and strength.
