IdentityI have 800+ hours of yoga teacher certifications and I have been teaching for the last 8 years. I teach regular group and individual classes for adults, and I also work with neurodivergent individuals (like those on the Autism spectrum or having Downs syndrome for instance).
More than teaching yoga only to help with lifestyle-related issues like weight loss, hypertension, diabetes, or joint pains, I believe that Yoga can be practiced by one and all (at any level of fitness) to come to a holistic state of well being at the level of the body, mind and spirit.
A regular yoga practice brings a state of ease and lightness in the body and mind. More importantly, as a spiritual practice it can help us know who we are beyond the body and mind too. I believe in sharing the deeper aspects of yoga and their importance through my asana, pranayama and meditation classes.
