Teaching is a very complex activity. It involves planning for learning, organizing materials, prioritizing ideas, interacting with students, learning to "monitor and adjust", "differentiate instruction" for students of various abilities, and learning how to accomplish goals that sometimes seem to be mutually exclusive. First of all, I used to ease my students as per there comfortability ratio and creates the environment as a student -teacher friendly. I used to connect student early because of my communication skills and I used to grasp the weak points of the students in which they are legging. So my ultimate method of teaching is to plan prepare establish and execute the objectives to the students and make them friendly with the course details.
