Namaste! I’m Gargi, a 200-Hour YTT certified yoga instructor specialising in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Aerial Yoga. With a deep personal practice and formal training from Sri Sri School of Yoga, I bring both technical precision and mindful awareness to every session.

I offer personalised 1:1 and group classes — online as well as in-person in Jaipur — designed around your goals, whether that’s building flexibility, reducing stress, improving strength, or simply starting your yoga journey from scratch.

What makes my teaching different:
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all yoga. Every student gets a customised approach — right posture cues, breath awareness, and a pace that suits their body and lifestyle. My sessions combine the grounding structure of Hatha, the flow of Vinyasa, and — for those curious — the unique challenge of Aerial Yoga.
