My name is Alok singh. I had been having vast experience in the education sector. Nearly spent 18 years in this sector.
I started my career as School Teachers in one of the prominat NGO name Diganter Shiksha or Khelkood samiti JAIPUR. i spent 5 years as a teacher, where i took all classes at the primary level. Later on i was promoted as the school coordinator or education resource person.

Later on i had been working in various prestigious organisations like CARE INDIA or Azim Premji Foundation, Jaipur.

In terms of my education i have a Master's degree in Arts (History). Certificate Diploma course in Journalism and Mass Communication.
Recently i complited my certificate course in English teaching organised by TESOL
I started my Journey in 1992 and lasted till 2025. Now I am retired and looking for opportunities to work from home work.

My expertise to dealing with students or parents. I had good content knowledge in Hindi, English, and Math as well as social science in the upper primary grade. I am innovative and hard-working, and always open to new things/skills.

I started teaching English in an institution where they have their own schools which run classes at the elementary level. I took a class at the primary level where I used a bilingual method as the students came from a Hindi background. Later on, we used the direct method where we only used communicative English. When I moved to another organization, named AZIM PREMJI FOUNDATION, where we conducted sessions for teachers which we call EPC (English Proficiency Course), where we organized classes for communicative English, which is useful for their daily situations. That was a three-month course which was especially designed for communicative English. During that time, I also took classes for government schools students in classes 5-8 where I taught literature as well as communicative English with them. That was all a useful insight for me and gave me more confidence and skill to enhance my capability.
