Jahnavi sheriff is a ceritified YOGA instructor from SIVANANDA ASHRAM. She has been introduced to YOGA at 11, done three back to back Kids Camp with Sivananda.
She has been teaching yoga for awhile now and at academies like the danceworx and the wooden stage and has been conducting her SERIES YOGA FOR DANCERS.
She has also taught at the U.S CONSULATE, and worked on set as YOGA instructor for commercials and also done a WEB series for FEVER 104.
She has also taught private yoga classes for people with back ailments ,prenatal yoga.
