Shreya B.

I am Shreya Bhagwat, a Commerce educator with extensive teaching experience in Accountancy, Taxation, Marketing, and other Commerce-related subjects. I teach students from Classes 11 and 12 as well as B.Com students, and I also provide Spoken English training. I have around 10 years of experience in the field of Commerce education, during which I have worked with both school and college students and helped them develop strong conceptual understanding and greater confidence in their academics.
I have completed my Master of Commerce (M.Com.), which has given me a strong academic foundation in important areas of Commerce, particularly Accountancy, Taxation, and Marketing. I have also qualified the UGC NET in Commerce and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Commerce. My academic journey, combined with my teaching experience, allows me to approach subjects from both a theoretical and practical perspective.
I am currently working as a college professor while also taking private tuition classes. Teaching students at different academic levels has helped me understand the different challenges they face while learning Commerce subjects. I work with students to identify areas where they need additional support and focus on building their understanding step by step instead of encouraging rote learning.
For Classes 11 and 12, I focus on helping students develop a clear foundation in Commerce subjects and prepare effectively for their academic examinations. In Accountancy, I place particular emphasis on understanding concepts, learning the correct methods of solving problems, and practising different types of questions. For B.Com students, I provide guidance in subjects such as Accountancy, Taxation, and Marketing, with attention to both conceptual clarity and examination requirements.
My teaching approach is interactive and structured. I prepare lesson plans according to the topics being covered and use interactive sessions to encourage students to participate actively during classes. I also use a whiteboard while teaching to explain concepts, work through problems, organize important points, and make complex topics easier to follow. I encourage students to ask questions and clarify their doubts during the session.
Along with Commerce subjects, I also provide Spoken English training. I understand that communication skills can be important for students in both their academic and professional lives, so I focus on helping learners become more comfortable and confident while communicating in English. I adapt my sessions according to the student's existing level and focus on practical improvement through guided practice and interaction.
I offer both online and offline classes and personalize my teaching according to the student's academic level, learning requirements, and goals. Whether a student is preparing for school examinations, pursuing B.Com, strengthening their understanding of Accountancy, Taxation, or Marketing, or working on their Spoken English skills, I aim to provide clear explanations, structured lessons, regular practice, and individual attention. My goal is to help students build strong subject knowledge and become more confident and independent learners.
