Currently Python is good and will also work with any software government. Add Python programs in class 12 syllabus. It is useful for object oriented programming.

Python is much preferrable, I would suggest you to go for Python. As it is now a days used in Automations too.

It Depends. If you are looking to Automate a Developer task and you don't want to write more code, RPA would be a better option.If you are looking into Automating testing, Python would be a better choice.This is my understanding.
