I'm working as ISMS-Internal Auditor (only process/standard knowledge). I want to move my career in to technical side. What are the career options I have? Please suggest.

Being in Process/ Standard Knowledge, I presume that your are proficient in understanding in all standards and its implementation. Probably, you can diversify into Risk Management. Since Process involves high documentation efforts, understanding and getting hands-on experience in any document management systems would be very useful and quicker to implementation. In addition, you can also acquire proficiency in creating a small document management system using tools like MS-ACCESS and web creation tools . This will improve your technical competency as well as enhance your understanding of ISMS also. read less

What about package / salary for domain work experience? Before / after job company ask for certification for out of India opportunities? How's exam is it possible clear in 1st attempt ? please share experience who has done SAP MM certification I need guidance so I can easy to decide for sap certification do or not?
That is not necessary go for SAP MM Certification. Most of candidates are working and getting good salary package without certification. Basically you have to start your training.
