  2. If you are apparent in the budget, analyse and decide your level according to hacking: Are you a beginner or familiar with hacking tools and techniques? Are you aware of command and kali Linux, or you only have used windows and don't know about Linux?
  3. What type of internet and speed connection do you have? If your internet is not good and you buy a high configuration laptop, it does not make sense.
  4. The final decision is that you want to start hacking or making a career.
