All streams could get you an excellent job with a unique package, but the essential thing is up to you which one to choose. If you are fresher, then it is better to learn the C language because 90 percentage of companies take the test in C language like a pointer, arrays, etc. I know C is not Object-Oriented Language, but after learning the C language, it will help you learn C++ language.
