I am a native American English speaker from the United States, and most of my spoken English teaching experience comes from working directly with athletes, coaches, and now students in an online setting. For six years in professional baseball with MLB organizations, I worked every day with players and staff from different countries whose first language was not English. A big part of my job was helping them communicate clearly in meetings, on the field, and in daily life—simplifying language, checking understanding, correcting pronunciation, and teaching the phrases they actually needed to use. This was very practical, spoken-English work: game conversations, travel situations, introductions, small talk, and professional communication. I now teach online Spoken English classes with a strong focus on real-life conversation, confidence, and clear pronunciation. My sessions are interactive and practice-based: I get students talking as much as possible through role plays (introducing yourself, talking to a coach/teacher/boss, travel, interviews), live corrections, and simple feedback they can understand and apply immediately. Because of my sports and coaching background, I’m very comfortable working 1-on-1 and in small groups, keeping students engaged and relaxed while still pushing them to speak more naturally, think in English, and use better vocabulary and sentence structure. My goal is always the same: to help students feel confident speaking English out loud in real situations, not just on paper.

I teach online yoga classes grounded in over 600 hours of formal yoga training and several years of consistent personal practice, with a focus on safe, sustainable movement, clear alignment, and breath awareness. Because my classes are online, I rely on very precise verbal cues and demonstrations so students can feel each pose correctly in their own body, instead of just copying how it looks. I work with complete beginners as well as athletes who use yoga to improve flexibility, balance, recovery, and focus, and I always offer simple modifications for tight hamstrings, back discomfort, or previous injuries. My sessions usually blend breathwork, standing and floor postures, and a short relaxation or meditation at the end to help with stress, sleep, and mental clarity, and my goal is to meet each student where they are and guide them toward better mobility, posture, and body awareness over time.
