Is the 256gb SSD of MacBook Pro sufficient for Android and iOS development?

Yes, it sufficient. I had a macbook bro air with 128 GB SSD..which was capable enough to run both ios and Android development. But always suggest go with 512 GB to have better performance if you can effort now.
