Hi, I want to learn a musical instrument. But I am not sure which instrument to chose to learn. But I like to play tabla. Please suggest.

Hey, I guess you should go for the instrument in which you have deep interest in. If its tabla, go for it. Either way you have to practice and learn if you want to master it, irrespective of any instrument. Cheers.

It all depends on the time you have to practise the instrument that you want to learn coz without practice there is no point in even starting to learn. Though Tabla has to be played with strong hand, so it is played by boys/ men and you can see it around you. So tell me first what is your gender? Here is is to be noted that it never means that girls can't learn Tabla but they should go from easy to hard i.e. from Dholak to Tabla. Both are very similar to each other viz. Taal etc. read less
