I am a Human Resources professional with hands-on experience in employee development and organizational training. I started my career as an HR and Administration Executive, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Learning and Development ( L&D ) modules to enhance employee performance and engagement.

I conducted employee orientation programs, facilitated onboarding, and trained team members in essential workplace skills to help them grow both professionally and personally. My passion lies in nurturing talent and creating a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

In addition to my HR experience, I have also taught people both online and in person for several years, including conducting spoken English classes to help individuals improve their communication skills and confidence at work.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and Human Resources Management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I’m skilled in training & development, employee engagement, communication, and organizational development.

My accomplishments include receiving appreciation for creating impactful learning modules that significantly improved employee satisfaction and, in turn, contributed to increased productivity and company profitability.

I aim to continue adding value by aligning employee growth with organizational success while also helping individuals enhance their personal and professional skills through focused learning.
