I am a retired Defence Officer and a certified Corporate Trainer specializing in Leadership Development, Team Building and Soft Skills Training, with both national and international training experience.
I am professionally qualified as an Engineer from NIT Rourkela and hold an MBA from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. Recently, I completed a six-month advanced certification programme from IIM Indore, further strengthening my expertise.
My leadership training portfolio also integrates fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications across various domains, enabling professionals and young leaders to understand emerging workplace realities. I am additionally certified in team-building through gamification, designing highly engaging and experiential learning interventions.
I also offer Campus-to-Corporate programmes, focusing on developing effective communication, professional presentation skills, group discussion techniques and interview readiness, helping students and young professionals transition confidently into the corporate environment.
