I have the ability to help motivate and encourage clients to stick with their diets and exercise plans. My 1st degree in Science-Biology has assisted me to understand the Kinesiology (The science of body movement along with muscle anatomy & physiology) of exercise with complete prevention of injury. My 2nd degree in Masters in Personnel Management has assisted me to manage and maintain the positive GYM environment along with good & healthy relations among GYM Clients.
