By using ideal gas equation. 

PV=nRT

T=16.6/0.332

"What is the enthalpy of formation of the most stable form of an element in its standard state?" in   CBSE/Class 11/Science/Chemistry/Unit 6-Chemical Thermodynamics, CBSE/Class 11/Science/Chemistry

Always remember that the enthalpy of formation for most stable form of element is zero. For example enthalpy of formation of O2, H2 is zero.

For example H2 +(1/2)O2 ---> H2O enthalpy of formation of 1mol of H2O from the H2 and O2.
