I hope and pray that you get your job in your region if you cannot shift to tier 1.
You have completed your M.com, so most probably you are good enough in accounting.
If you want to make a career in your domain, only then do the financial modelling course.
Apart from it as India is getting digital, and every type of organization going digital. So, my point here is that go for the Digital Marketing course because once you complete this course and good enough to implement strategies, you can do three things simultaneously, i.e. Job, Business and Freelancing.
