I teach Kathak dance and have been training students of all age groups and skill levels for more than 10 years. Teaching Kathak is not just my profession—it is my passion, and I take pride in helping students learn, understand, and appreciate the beauty of this classical dance form. My classes focus on developing strong technical skills while nurturing grace, rhythm, and expressive movement.

I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Kathak Dance from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh (C.G.), one of the most respected institutions for classical arts. I am also honored to be a Gold Medallist in Kathak, an award presented by Zakir Hussain Ji. This academic foundation and recognition have played a significant role in strengthening my knowledge, discipline, and commitment to the art form.

With over a decade of teaching experience, I have guided numerous students on their Kathak journey—from complete beginners to advanced learners. Alongside teaching, I am also a professional dancer with extensive experience in stage performances. These experiences allow me to integrate both classical training and performance techniques in my sessions, helping students improve not only their skills but also their confidence on stage.

My classes are structured and rooted in traditional Kathak training, focusing on footwork, spins, expressions, rhythm, and choreography. I ensure that each student receives personal attention, and I adapt my teaching style to match their pace, strengths, and learning goals. Whether it is preparation for exams, performances, or learning Kathak as a hobby, I guide my students with patience and dedication.

I have received international certifications in Kathak and have performed in numerous cultural events and prestigious programs, which have enriched my experience as an artist. These achievements inspire me to continue growing as a dancer and motivate my students to pursue excellence in their own journey.

I conduct both online and offline classes, providing flexibility for learners based on their convenience and location. Regardless of the mode of teaching, I maintain the same level of discipline, clarity, and thoroughness in my sessions so that students can progress effectively.

I also provide certification to students upon completion of their training or examination levels. My goal as a Kathak teacher is to share the essence of the dance form with every learner—helping them develop technical mastery, artistic expression, and a deep connection to the tradition of classical dance.
