I am Senior Nursing Officer.currently working in Indore, Madhya pradesh, India. Iam regular yoga practitioner since 2011.Completed my degree in nursing in 2017 . PG diploma in yoga teacher certification from govt of India in 2021. Internationally certified Yoga Teacher training 200 hours in feb 2025 from Bodhi School of Yoga Hyderabad, India Also Yoga therapy teacher certification in March 2025. Yoga & welness coach certification also. I lost my post pregnancy weight from 72kg to 50kg in a year with yoga in 2011.
I can help people with weight loss, PCOD , PCOS & many other ailments like diabetes, menopause, anxiety ,stress relief etc.
