I had worked at two different schools. One was Buddha Adarsha Boarding School, Dharan, Nepal from 2001 to 2012 and the other one was Blooming Buds School, Longleng, Nagaland, India from 2016 to 2020. It was a great experience as teaching and working with children of multi-cultural backgrounds was indeed challenging and at the same time I learned and enjoyed a lot as well. And I felt overwhelmed with satisfaction that at least I made some contributions towards the upliftment of children by working as an assistant teacher in the past life.

Teaching Experience in detail in Spoken English classes
As it says teaching is a noble profession. So it is indeed true. One does not go into teaching for the money alone, but rather for the betterment or development of students. When the students have understood the concept of what was taught to them or figured out for themselves how to solve a problem based on our guidance, that is it. That's the biggest contribution. Teachers are facilitators who make things happen in the class room as well as outside. The greatest compliment is when students whom we had taught to long ago, remember us (teachers) and tell us something like, "You really helped us learn", truly such compliments made us proud and satisfied as teachers. So such was my experience as well. Although at times, when some students could not quickly catch up with their fellow friends, we as teachers too felt low in one way. But that was a turning point. Hard work and consistency helped a lot. And bit by bit or slowly but surely when we did not give up, things turned out good. And certainly, fruits were born.
