I have completed my B.sc with electronics and then completed my MCA(master of computer application) from Gujarat University. Can I appear for IBPS IT officer scale 1 exam?
Ofcourse, but before applying check notification regarding only for experience. As Fresher you are eligible, so check job notification carefully.
