I have completed my B.Com in 2016. Now I want to go for bank coaching center. Will it be effective for me? Does personality matters when the the bank hires for posts? Will they test my personality while interviewing?

I will not affect you... And you should be very sincere with your work as it will decide your carrier... Personality test is compulsory for po but not for clerks... Any way aim for big... Don't think about personality test... First prepare well... Job will be at your foot... Have a nice day...
